Jiadeli Electronics successfully introduced the "first set" and "internationally leading" expert review meeting for the "BMS synchronous stretching ultra-thin capacitor film production line" in our city!! The expert committee of the event association plays an active role as a think tank, responding to the purpose of "innovating intelligent manufacturing and serving the industry". Quanzhou Jiadeli Electronic Materials Co., Ltd

Quanzhou Jiadeli Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established on May 8, 2002, located in Dongyuan Town, Quanzhou Taiwan Investment Zone, with a registered capital of 34 million US dollars. The company has currently invested in the construction of three capacitor film production lines, and one is under construction. It is expected that the equipment will arrive in September. Introduce excellent domestic scientific and technological personnel for scientific research and technological development, have a profound understanding of the basic process research and microstructure exploration of thin films, master the core technology of thin film production, and specialize in producing high-quality polypropylene films for capacitors. In 2014, the company once again introduced the latest and most advanced synchronous stretching polypropylene capacitor film production line equipment from Germany. This production line will be the first in the capacitor film industry to use synchronous stretching technology to produce capacitor films.

The thickness range of the capacitor film currently produced by the company is from 3.0 to 12um, and the width of the film can be changed according to customer requirements, making it flexible and convenient. Mainly used in multiple industries such as electronics, household appliances, communication, power, electrified railways, hybrid vehicles, wind power generation, solar power generation, etc. The company's capacitor film product series is the most complete in the same industry and has become one of the largest professional capacitor film manufacturing enterprises in China. Its domestic market share is among the top, and it is the only manufacturer in the province that produces capacitor films. The company has been awarded the titles of "High tech Enterprise" and "Fujian Province Science and Technology Enterprise", and has obtained 18 national patents.

A group of experts and professors from Overseas Chinese University, Dawn University, and Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering listened to the project report of Jiadeli Company, visited the site of production line operation, reviewed relevant materials, and after questioning and discussion, formed the following opinions:

1. The project adopts a BMS synchronous stretching ultra-thin capacitor film production line manufactured in Bruckner, Germany. The IPC control system intelligently monitors the relevant parameters and production processes of each production link, with a high degree of automation, which is different from traditional labor-intensive electronic enterprises.

2. The project belongs to the first foreign single production line introduced in the industry in Quanzhou City, with a main equipment value of 288556.00 euros. The project construction can produce capacitor films with a thickness of 2.0-5.8 µ m, and the designed annual output can reach 3500 tons.

In summary, the construction of this project complies with the national "Guiding Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment" and belongs to the "first set" of production lines in Quanzhou City. It has a good promoting effect on the upgrading and transformation of enterprises and a good market prospect.
